All applications will be considered when received until the program is full.
The admissions committee will review late applications on a space available basis until courses begin.
Application Procedures and Instructions
All applications must include:
- Online OUAC Application
- Application fee of $100 Cdn. The application fee can be paid by credit card or by certified cheque. All application fees are received by OUAC, not by Brock University.
- Original transcripts from all post-secondary institutions. All transcripts must be submitted in signed and sealed envelopes. If a transcript is not in English, a notarized translation (signed and sealed) must also be included with the official transcript.
- Three letters of reference. References can be academic and/or professional. Use of the academic reference form is prefered but is not required. References can be mailed directly to Brock University or the applicant can submit them with the application package.
- Official GMAT Score Report.
- Statement of Interest. The statement of interest should be a maximum of one page, single or double spaced.
- Resume
- Official TOEFL or IELTS score (if applicable)
- A personal interview may be required.
Official TOEFL and GMAT scores must be sent directly from the testing agency to the Faculty of Business Graduate Programs Office.
All other documents should be sent to the Faculty of Graduate Studies.

Once submitted, all documents are the property of Brock University and will not be returned.
Admissions Review and Notification of Decision
All applications and supporting documents are initially received by the central Faculty of Graduate Studies. Only complete applications are sent along to the Faculty of Business Graduate Programs Office.
The Faculty of Business reviews applications and makes admission recommendations on a rolling basis until program space is full.
Faculty recommendations are forwarded to the central Faculty of Graduate Studies where official offers of admission are issued.
Once the Graduate Programs Office receives a completed application, the application review process for the MBA program will typically take up to four weeks.
Any conditions of admission must be fulfilled prior to registration in graduate courses.
