Associate Professor of Information Systems
Dr. Francine Vachon is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at Goodman. She holds a Ph.D. in Administration (Information Systems) from HEC Montréal, a M.Sc. in Project Management from Université du Québec and a B.Sc. (mathematics and computer science) from Université de Moncton. Her current research interest involves developing and testing a model of cognitive fit for electronic retailing interfaces. Dr. Vachon's prior work experience includes: research professional at HEC Montréal, information systems analyst, teacher, as well as consultant in information technology and project management. Dr. Vachon is a member of the Association for Information Systems and the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society of Business. She supports open access to peer-reviewed research articles.
