The BCDO is an on-campus resource for employers and Faculty of Business students and alumni, providing exclusive job search and career planning services to students and alumni, and dedicated recruitment support to employers.
Our Objectives:
- Assist students in developing practical strategies for job search and career development by offering relevant information and up-to-date resources year round.
- Educate students on effective job search strategies by offering tailored events and workshops throughout the academic year.
- Provide students with the tools and resources to conduct an effective job search and improve their chances of success in a competitive job market.
- Support alumni through one-on-one consultation while providing opportunities to stay connected with the Faculty of Business.
- Support employers with on-campus branding and recruitment initiatives through dedicated one-on-one service year round.
- Collaborate and partner with employers to enhance recruitment activities and generate mutually beneficial relationships.
- Collaborate and partner with professional associations to generate student membership while supporting career education and student initiatives.
